 I have been shipping
Extra Virgin olive oil since 1998 and am satisfied that my target in a certain way has been
respected. My original goal was to be able to supply clients with a supreme quality product
produced by hand picked stone pressed selected olives, shipped and delivered in a few days
from the making. For this reason my production is extremely limited and decided not to
supply large distributors and to ship only the newly pressed product immediately after
harvest in late November/early December. I wish to thank those people that have been
ordering my oil since I first started and that have appreciated my efforts and product in full.
I also comprehend that many people that are used to rather neutral
oils are rather perplexed when they receive my oil for the very first time due to its very
strong flavour and intense dark green colour. If you wish to receive some of
